1. Shipping & Processing Times

All orders placed at **The Digimart** (thedigimart.com) are processed and prepared for shipment according to the guidelines below:

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within **24 to 48 hours** from our fulfillment center in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Dispatch Schedule: We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delays: In case of high promotional periods or seasonal delays, shipping schedules might run slightly behind by 1-2 business days. If there is a major delay, we will notify you immediately via Email/SMS.

2. Delivery Estimates & Rates

We partner with premier shipping aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to deliver packages securely across India:

• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping takes approximately **3 to 7 business days** to deliver across India, depending on regional logistics and pin-code accessibility.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on weight and are clearly displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We provide **Free Shipping** on all orders above a threshold of ₹500.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent. You can monitor the real-time movement of your package using the provided tracking link. Please allow up to **24 hours** for tracking updates to become active on the courier portal.

4. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address and pin-code before completing payments. The Digimart cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address errors, reshipping charges may apply.
