At The Digimart (operated by Clinsara Bioresearch Pvt Ltd), we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectation of luxury and quality. In order to maintain absolute safety and hygiene standard guidelines for cosmetic/skincare formulas and jewelry, we follow a structured Refund and Return Policy.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a **7-day return policy**, meaning you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Pearl Jewelry Items: The product must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original velvet/gold gift packaging box.
  • Skincare & Skincare Essentials: Due to hygiene and sanitization protocols, skincare items are only eligible for returns if they are delivered damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. The safety seals must remain unopened and intact.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within **48 hours of delivery**. Please share photographs or video clips of the package opening and the damaged item at support@thedigimart.com to facilitate a quick replacement or a full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within **12 hours of purchase** or before the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility (whichever is earlier). Once the order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, the shipment cannot be cancelled and must be processed under our standard return guidelines.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the status of your return request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your **original method of payment** (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
  • Refunds typically take **5 to 7 business days** to reflect in your bank account or payment card, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI transfer after bank account details are verified by our support desk.
